Previous experience
- He/she should have worked in similar positions (Customer Service, Operations) in Telecommunications companies and have a proven track record at successfully managing complex customer projects, international customers and leading international organizations
- Existing knowledge and engagement with Telefonica Corporate Operations teams is a plus

Technical Knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of Project Management and Service Management best practices in TIC sector (PMP and ITIL certifications desired)
- Strong knowledge of TIC Products/services and telecommunication operational processes
- MNC TIC business knowledge. Fluent with customer/projects business cases
- Customer Management and Negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & Portuguese. Spanish is considered a plus.
