Oferta – Field Technical Service Representative for Portugal (Mainland & Islands) (h/f) (Em Inglês)
As part of Service department, and specifically in Portugal (Mainland & Islands), you will be responsible for all our service post sales service/IT in Portugal (Mainland & Islands).
To become successful, reporting to the Sales Area Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will among others include:
- Responsible for service post sales attention to our analyzers and IT solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.
- Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.
- Retain our current customers.
- Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.
- Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.
- Provide customer phone support
- Installation of instruments and customers training.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales target in the Region.
- Regular travel in order to effectively carry out your duties.
- Employ DBS tools to continuously improve Radiometer Service capabilities
- Maintain Radiometer’s high level of customer service both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Have a university or medium/high degree in Engineering or other Technical career (Electronic, mechanics,…)
- Fluently speak English. Spanish is an added value .
- Manage IT tools, CRM and office (excel, word, power point).
- IT skills and knowledge of SQL database, Java, Mirth.
- Post Sales Service experience and knowledge in health/hospitals sector.
